Jill has over 25 years of human resources experience with expertise in executive coaching, talent management, employee relations, communication, leadership training and organizational development.  Jill’s coaching experience includes both business and life coaching.  In addition to her coaching experience Jill has led numerous cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of performance management and employee onboarding programs, succession planning processes, and core values and cultural change efforts.  Her experience includes designing and delivering leadership development programs for corporate and non-profit organizations.  Jill earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from East Carolina University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She is a graduate of Corporate CoachU and holds the Professional Certified Coach designation (PCC) through the International Coach Federation where she also serves as an ACC exam assessor. Jill is an active member and ordained Deacon at Ardmore Baptist Church in Winston-Salem where she teaches Sunday School and children’s choir, and serves on the Personnel Council.  She has chaired the church’s Servanthood Development Team and served as the Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee.  Jill also led the design and delivery of Ardmore’s 13-week Leadership Development Program for lay-leaders which has become an annual program.
